MIM-B16UN is the same as MIM-B16N. The only difference is MIM-B16UN has an updated power cord for North America. Pulse Input Module (PIM) used in conjunction with DMS2 and DMS2.5 gateways for energy monitoring. MIM-B16 is compatible with DMS2 gateways (MIM-D00A, MIM-D00AN, MIM-B17, MIM-B17N, MIM-B18, MIM-B18N) and DMS2.5 gateways (MIM-D01AUN, MIM-B17BN, MIM-B17BUN, MIM-B18BN, MIM-B18BUN) with firmware version 2.5.x or older. MIM-B16N and MIM-B16UN is compatible with DMS2 gateways (MIM-D00A, MIM-D00AN, MIM-B17, MIM-B17N, MIM-B18, MIM-B18N, ) and DMS2.5 gateways (MIM-D01AUN, MIM-B17BN, MIM-B17BUN, MIM-B18BN, MIM-B18BUN) with firmware version 2.5.X or later. MIM-B16N and MIM-B16UN can monitor electricity, water, and gas meters that provide a pulse output.
